Hi, I’m Sophia.
Cooking has been my whole life. I copied my first recipes from my grandmother’s index cards, and for twenty-some years my kitchen was the loudest, happiest room in the house — the place friends showed up hungry and left with recipe cards.
Then people started asking me a question I could not answer. A friend came back from an appointment with a number — the grams of fat she was allowed in a meal — and no idea what to cook. Then another. Every one of them had been handed a limit and a leaflet, and nothing that told them what dinner actually looks like on a Tuesday night.
So I went at it the way I go at any cooking problem. I took my favorite recipes apart, one by one, and rebuilt them: same comfort, a fraction of the fat. I weighed ingredients, wrote the fat per serving on every card, and kept only what my own family would happily eat — because cooking two separate dinners is not a life.
That kitchen notebook grew into the Pancreatitis Diet Cookbook for Beginners, and then into Aero Wellness — a place for gentle, low-fat recipes that still taste like real food.
How I work
Every recipe lists fat per serving. If you’re on a limit, you shouldn’t have to guess. I measure so you can just cook.
Tested in a real kitchen. Normal supermarket ingredients, normal pans, normal weeknight energy levels.
One meal for the whole table. My recipes are written so the person on a gentle diet and everyone else eat the same good dinner.
My book
Pancreatitis Diet Cookbook for Beginners — 120 low-fat recipes with fat per serving, phase-by-phase guidance, a 5-week meal plan and shopping lists.
I’m a home cook and recipe developer, not a doctor or dietitian. Nothing on this site is medical advice — always follow the limits your own care team gives you.
